Hilltop
Overview:
Hilltop is one of Denver’s most prestigious and expensive residential neighborhoods characterized by large lots and homes punctuated with mature trees. In real estate it is a mix of large contemporay new builds, and large classic tudors estates that may be out of date, but have been around for 70+ years. It’s predominantly single-family homes with a quiet, suburban feel inside the city, while a few duplexes are popping up here and there. It is tucked away with Alameda and 6th Avenue acting as the North- South border, and Quebec and Colorado Blvd to the East and West, with a portion cut out for the new development in Lowry.

Average Home Price: ~$1.68M
Home Types: Primarily detached single-family homes, from mid-century ranchers to large modern estates; some townhomes and condo options.
